What does the first appointment cost?
The new patient exam is advertised starting at $78, and a consultation on its own is $39. If you are using insurance, we verify your benefits at no charge before care starts and the amount you pay may be lower than the advertised fee.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, your insurance cards, and any recent imaging or reports you have. If you can, print and complete the intake forms beforehand so you are not filling in paperwork on a clipboard while your back hurts.
Can I ask for Rebecca specifically?
Yes. Say so when you call or note it on the request form and the desk will book you into Rebecca's schedule. If you need to be seen sooner than the next opening, they will tell you who else is available that day.
